Rebranding a 25 year legacy
Zebra is a global B2B design and architecture consultancy who, after 25 years, wanted to evolve their brand to better communicate with today’s hospitality and retail client.
Working with stakeholders across the UK, USA, UAE and APAC, I created the new brand concept, “Design that Connects”, and a distinctive tone of voice that brings Zebra’s ability to transform physical spaces into consumer-focused settings to life.
Design that Connects
It was important that the new brand positioning reflected Zebra’s unique B2B design expertise.
After digging into the research after a brand workshop with key stakeholders, I knew that Zebra should embody and impart exactly what they deliver to hospitality and retail clients: the richness of the desired consumer and guest experience. They are the connector between brand, consumer, space and location.

Tone of voice
Rich description brings Zebra’s voice to life, ensuring case studies and content are immersive experiences for the reader. I wanted audiences to feel that they are present in the space and are able to touch, taste, smell, see and hear every design detail.

New company video
For Zebra’s new website, which transitioned the brand from .co.uk to .global, I wrote the script for a new company overview video that communicates who Zebra is. It sits in the homepage hero module on zbr.global.
