Finding Bizik.
Bizik is part of the BSQ Group, the UK’s leading provider of corporate services. It is a new telephone answering and live chat service that needed to talk and act differently in a crowded market.

Bizik’s main competitor is Moneypenny, a hugely successful company that has dominated the telephone answering world for 20 years. This is a David and Goliath story
I created Bizik’s brand architecture after running a brand workshop with key stakeholders.

I then translated the brand elements into a messaging framework

Fair is different
Most telephone answering services, like Moneypenny, overcharge their customers by rounding up calls to the nearest minute. Bizik’s pricing model is ‘pay by the second’ which gave me a narrative of fairness and trust to start differentiating Bizik from its competitors. I created key go to market messaging like “when the call stops, the clock stops” and “let us restore your faith in customer service.”

Bringing USPs to life
For customers, speed of answer is a huge selling point. Bizik’s PAs answer calls in 5 seconds, which is the fastest in the industry. For the new Bizik website I created key messaging that brought this incredible speed to life so audiences would really feel it: “5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Your call, answered.”
